Leon Hudson

General Manager, South East Asia

Leon is responsible for leading the South East Asia headquarters for Media Monitors Group and is a member of the senior executive team.

Leon brings 11 years of media intelligence expertise and significant international experience having worked in Europe, New Zealand and Asia.

He began his media career in London working at an independent sports publisher followed by a period at an award winning contract publisher. From there he took up a business development role with a leading UK media planning, monitoring and evaluation agency.

Prior to moving to Singapore Leon was general manager of a New Zealand based media intelligence company. Whilst in NZ he guest lectured on media related topics at AUT University and Waikato University. Leon holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Plymouth.
 
 

Sumita Ranjini Devadas

Operations Manager, SEA

Sumita is responsible for the overall Operations of the Press, Broadcast and Information Management teams in South East Asia.

She has 12 years experience in various aspects of Operations including Customer Service, Account and People Management.

Sumita has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Wales, U.K and holds a Certificate in Legal Practice.

Izzat Khiruddin Ibrahim

Analysis Manager – South East Asia

Izzat is the Analysis Manager for South East Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur. He is responsible in overseeing the entire Analysis Division to ensure quality Media Content Analysis reports are produced to clients.

 
He has 6 years of experience conducting Industrial, Economic and Financial Analysis.  Prior to joining Asia Media Monitors, Izzat had roles in Corporate Finance and then moved to head the Corporate Planning Division at Abacus Malaysia. His last role was with Faber Group (a Government-Linked Public-Listed Organization) as Manager in the Business Strategy & Advisory Division where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisition and business development projects. 

 
Izzat holds a Diploma in Law from the University of London and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London.
 

Sharmila Devi Kunasekaran

HR Manager - South East Asia

Sharmila has more than 10 years experience in human resources. She has worked with companies in the consulting and services sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Malaya and a Certificate of Personnel Management from Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.

 
As the Human Resources Manager, she works closely with the business leaders and Corporate HR to support the growth of South East Asia operations, implement and drive Media Monitors HR practices in the region in accordance with the business strategy and local needs.

Chuah Soo Geng

Finance Manager - South East Asia

Chuah Soo Geng is responsible for all finance and accounting of the South East Asian offices. 

 
He started his career as an auditor with one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. Prior to joining the Media Monitors group of companies, he held various roles in the manufacturing, sales & distribution and payroll outsourcing industries. 

 
Soo Geng is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
 

Steephan Sviare

Global Processing Manager - South East Asia

Steephan works at Asia Media Monitors as SEA – Global Processing Manager, 
and is responsible for the 24/7 processing of global content. 

 
Prior to joining Asia Media Monitors, Steephan has over 8 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Steephan holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree.
