MMXL Global Recognition Program
MMXL is the Media Monitors employee recognition program designed to identify, promote and reward Media Monitors employees from all regions who magnify our Media Monitors values.
The aim is to the honour those who go above and beyond their expected responsibilities to assist Media Monitors to achieve outstanding business results.
In each region, the 4 awards are given bi-annually. Those recipients are submitted into the Global awards at the end of each calendar year.

Newcomer of the Year
This award is designed to honour new employees to the company who have made a positive impact on the business in their relatively short period of service.
Above and Beyond
This award is designed to honour employees who demonstrate behaviour above and beyond their expected responsibilities.
Best Leader/Coach
This award is designed to honour our employees in the company who support and assist in the development of our talent.
Best Idea/Initiative
This award is designed to honour employees who through demonstrated initiative support the company's strategic direction.
